A running list of projects — active, winding down, and archived.
Active
wardleymaps.com The main community resource for Wardley Mapping, running since 2013. Strategic guides, a community forum, a curated resource list, and the Atlas mapping tools I built for creating and analysing maps in the browser.
personal-presence-os A content engine that publishes your expertise where LLMs can find it. Decisive people don't scroll social media — they ask AI assistants. This is the infrastructure for being in those answers.
Unseizable The hypothesis that social mobility is driven primarily by mindset, not by systems or institutions. Research tracking elite families across communist and capitalist regimes shows that political systems barely move the needle — something deeper is being transmitted. This project explores what that something is, and what it means for anyone trying to improve their position in life. (Previously published at agency.kda.zone.)
Open Source Research Commentaries on the economics, governance, and strategy of open source. Who benefits, who contributes, and what sustainability actually looks like when the software is free but the maintenance isn't.
AI POV A practitioner's point of view on AI adoption — dependency risks, organisational strategy, and what most people get wrong about using AI well.
Archive
Lego Submarine — 2022–2023 A father-son build project inspired by a YouTube video. Supposed to take one weekend. Took eighteen months. Taught a lot about uncertainty, rework, and finishing things that stopped being fun.
